Our mission is to grow as dancers and artists, expressing what is in our minds and bodies through our movement. We provide a nurturing and inspiring environment for students ages 2-Adult to learn dance technique, performance skills, and express their creativity through improvisational movement.
KE Dance Center's original location was opened in Wagoner, OK in 2007 by Brianne Doublin. Brianne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance in 2007 from Texas Woman’s University.
Brianne’s collegiate dance studies include the following: Modern, Ballet, Tap, West African with Nycole Ray of Dallas Black Dance Theatre, Horton Technique with Melissa Young of Dallas Black Dance Theatre, Summer Intensive Workshop with Larry Keigwin of Keigwin and Company, Children’s Dance, and master classes by Mary Williford-Shade (formerly of Mark Taylor), Sara Gamblin (formerly of Bebe Miller), Aysha Upchurch, Lionel Popkin, Bill Young, and Jennifer Keller (formerly of Mark Taylor).

A fusion of modern, jazz, and ballet dance, contemporary and lyrical styles are high in demand and ever-evolving. Contemporary features a more modern-based style while lyrical contains a more ballet-based curriculum. Minimum two years of ballet technique to place in both contemporary and lyrical

Contemporary dance classes are offered by Broadway Dance Center. Broadway Dance Center offers more than 50 daily drop-in classes in a wide variety of levels and styles, for dancers ages 13+.
In this class, movement will stem from story telling, personal style and freedom while simultaneously maintaining a strong focus on technique. It is primarily a choreography class with opportunities to hone skills in improv and technique.
Modern and contemporary dance is a dance style that rejects many of the strict rules of classical ballet, focusing instead on the expression of inner feelings. Modern and contemporary dance was created as a rebellion against classical ballet, emphasizing creativity in choreography and performance.
