With a focus on cardio and getting a good sweat on (while feeling like a badass) we’ll round the workout off with some upper body and core strength topping it off with a great stretch and cool down.

With 12 different sessions to choose from, The Edinburgh Summer Dance Series at Dance Base is the place to be this summer for those who love to dance!
The Edinburgh Summer Series (formerly The Edinburgh Summer Sessions) were created in 2012 to fill the gap between the end of classes in June and the long wait over the summer without regular dance classes.
Classes run over 5 consecutive days and are catered for those who regularly attend dance classes who want a chance to dance more intensively and for dancers in training.
All classes are aimed at dancers with some previous dance experience unless otherwise specified.
Looking forward to seeing some new and familiar faces there!
During these classes we will introduce you to safe and fun stretching methods for your legs, hips, shoulders, back and any other areas that you feel needs improvement.
Strength and Flexibility classes are offered by Pandora's Aerial Fitness Studio. Our vision is to create classes that have something for everyone, whether you want to get fit, lose weight, get stronger, become more flexible or learn something new.
Dance Conditioning class will include drills and skills to work your muscles and strengthen your core, turn and jump technique. It will also focus on full body flexibility.
Stretch & Conditioning classes are offered by Southsea School of Dance. We are very much a 'traditional' dance school in that we believe strongly in the importance of personal discipline and attention to detail in all things.
Conditioning classes are offered by Timms School of Dance. Students are encouraged to develop at their own pace which helps to make them feel at ease and confident, learning a new skill whilst having lots of fun, and making lots of new friends.
