Join our Pastry Chef Instructor as she teaches you the art of melting and tempering chocolate, making ganache, and creating chocolate shells in order to make 3 delicious truffles: Dark Chocolate Mocha, White Chocolate Strawberry Lemon, and Milk Chocolate Lavender Honey. You will be amazed at how professional your chocolate masterpieces turn out.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Students will take home 12 truffles.
