Dim Sum - aka Chinese tapas! We will make these tasty treats and sample as a group. These small bites are full of flavor and personality.
We'll make these delicious dumplings that are pan-fried until brown on three sides, then steamed in a small amount of liquid. Several different folding techniques will be taught in class! These are served with dipping sauces - and we'll make those, too!
Dumpling Feast class is offered by Flour Power. Bring a friend, or create new ones in our hands on relaxed, fun filled evening classes for adults. Bring your own beer or bottle of wine, and sip n stir the night away with us at Flour Power!
During this fun class, we will make these delicious little parcels (pork or tofu) from scratch so you can replicate at home and enjoy in the comfort of your own home anytime you like.
