We will get your started if you are a beginner, or hone those chops and grooves if you have been playing for years. Jouin us at any stage in your drumming journey!
You will not only learn to play drums, but improve your timing and understanding of song structure, build your library of beats, and explore the whole world of music. We can provide opportunities to play as a group and introduce you to other musicians hence there is always a possibility of finding others to form a band with.
We currently have 4 teaching studios in Glasgow in Giffnock on the southside. Our primary purpose is to provide music lessons across the city in a fun and interactive way.
Our aim is to get you playing music right from the start. To enjoy learning, and to equip you for what you need to express yourself through music. Mango Music was born out of positive experiences of learning and playing music.
We are for people to learn to play and understand music for fun, creativity & interaction. It is important that music is not just another school subject with grades, but an art form and insperation.
Mango Music Glasgow provides instrument lessons – Bass, Guitar, Singing, Piano / Keyboard, and Drums. We run classes, and deliver workshops in various instruments throughout Scotland – in schools, youth clubs and events. We have some wonderful teachers who have totally bought into music being fun and creative.
Whether you’re looking to play the drums for the first time, brush up on your skills after a break from making music, or aiming to get a distinction at Grade 8, our experienced and highly qualified music educators will help you on your journey to learning to play the drums.
Drum classes are offered by Learn Music Ltd.Playing a musical instrument has many benefits and can bring joy to everyone around you and most importantly yourself.
A modern drum kit consists of a snare drum, bass drum, hi-hat, cymbals and tom-toms. It’s also now possible to use electric drum kits with headphone, which parents seem to quite like.
Most tuition in schools takes place on standard drum kit and pupils may start from year 3. It may be more appropriate for lessons to be taken as a pair or individually but if resources allow, small group lessons are offered.
Drum classes are offered by BANG Drum School. There are two acoustic drum kits for every lesson, meaning our students spend their entire lesson behind the kit, ensuring maximum playing time and enjoyment.
