You’ll learn basic knife skills and techniques from sautéing braising frying poaching baking roasting searing emulsifying and more. And best of all you’ll learn how to use fresh seasonal ingredients to create simple yet delicious and healthy meals everyday at home.
After Chef walks you through the preparations of your meal, you'll don your apron and roll up your sleeves. Once you've completed your meal, you will sit down and enjoy it with option al wine pairings.
Throughout the afternoon you'll learn about the recipes food preparation and the "why" behind the optional wines we pair with the meal.
All AWS cooking classes include an emphasis on wine, because that's who we are! If you would like to add wine to your experience you can taste 32 different wines in our Enomatics (wine dispensing system) or you can order wine by the glass or bottle.

Looking to get out of the house, socialize with friends and learn a new skill? This hands-on pie-making class is designed for you and all your friends. Every student prepares three different varieties of petite pies from scratch to take home (varieties change with the season)
This method of meal prep and cooking is delicious, nutritious, full of amazing flavors, and easy to put together. The secret ingredient is a delicious yum yum sauce. It makes leftovers to dream about, and you'll riff on it weekly. It's so versatile.
In this class you will start cake decorating on your first day. Frosting will be provided for practice in every class. You will receive a 2 layer cake on your final day to frost and decorate in class with the techniques you have learned.
