Join Komal and learn how to create a range of delicious and authentic Indian dishes. You will learn about Indian spices and discover new ingredients and exciting flavour combinations. You will learn to cook a selection of authentic curries, the perfect dahl and roti’s and more.
Your course fee includes all ingredients.
What to bring
Each night, bring a tea towel and a container (in case of leftovers). You may also wish to bring an apron and your preferred knife.
Selwyn Community Education is a community education centre based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland. Each year we offer a wide range of more than 750 evening and weekend courses, plus some daytime English for Migrants courses.
During the school holidays, we offer children's art, cooking and craft courses. Join us on one of our friendly courses to meet others in the community, learn new skills and have fun.
