This series is aimed at getting you in the kitchen with familiar dishes - the ones our mothers and/or grandmothers made for the family. This Family Style Meals class is focused on showing you how to create a balanced Singaporean Chinese home-cooked meal, with 3 dishes and a soup.

 

In this class, you will learn to make:

  • ABC Chicken Soup

  • Stir Fried Sweet & Sour Pork

  • Steamed Fish with Salted Vegetables & Tomatoes

  • Stir Fried Cabbage with Vermicelli & Black Fungus
