One of the hallmarks of traveling to Mexico City is the rich street food culture. In this cooking class we will make crunchy Tacos de Canasta (basket tacos) filled with potato and carrots and creamy salsa de aguacate to drizzle on top.
A hands-on in-person cooking class culminating in a dinner served with wine and beer. This class is limited to 14 students.

Then, we’ll make milanesa, that is a cousin to a schnitzel or chicken fried steak—in Mexico City, the Torta de Milanesa is iconic and you’ll devour this sandwich. We will finish with Dulces de Camote, chewy sweet potato candies that originate in Puebla. Dining together, we'll enjoy each other's company and share memories or future hopes of traveling to Mexico City!

Everyone loves a good taco, but nothing beats a taco and fajita bar replete with homemade corn tortillas, tequila shrimp and chicken, chunky guacamole and pico de gallo. And oh yes…palomas that will make your lips and tummy say gracias! These recipes will be must adds to your repertoire.
In this class you will be making homemade tacos shrimp ceviche, street corn, guacamole and a peach margarita.
?Learn to make these traditional Mexican Salsas and bring your cooking game to another level. You can pair these sauces with Chicken, Pork & even Fish.
