We will be showing you how to make these delicious and colourful dishes. The day starts at 9.45 am with coffee or tea, a short demonstration and a run through of the recipes.
In the morning we will be concentrating on Tapas, which you will have for lunch with a glass of wine, In the afternoon we will be making other Spanish favourites for you to take home.

Since opening its doors in December 2009, the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School has been teaching classic and creative cookery in a professional but informal atmosphere.
Situated in the heart of the Scottish Capital’s city centre, Edinburgh New Town Cookery School offers courses, designed to put every student on the right path to becoming a successful cook.

The school spans five floors and offers panoramic views across the Firth of Forth. The venue has been renovated to provide a fully equipped teaching kitchen alongside a demonstration theatre, with capacity for 50 and a function room, which presents the ideal dining setting for corporate entertainment or team building.
The building is also suitable for PR events and product launches. The range of facilities on offer allows the school to host a broad spectrum of cookery courses and activities.
Passionate Chef Sara will teach you how to make your way around a Spanish kitchen. You will learn traditional techniques, taste authentic flavours and create delicious hearty Spanish dishes perfect for everyone.
Our cookery courses in the East Midlands include a short demonstration followed by "hands-on" cooking with tutoring to your own specific requirements. Recipes and ingredients are all provided.

Spain’s food is full of vibrant colours, flavours, and textures. Learn about the different regions, Catalonia, Basque, Valencia & Andalucia. These ancient places have their own unique dishes. Enjoy re-creating these favourites in this great class and learn something new to impress your friends.
Tapas is all about variety, and we will be working our way through simple classic tapas to more complex traditional Spanish dishes, culminating in our own wonderful Tapas feast.
