The flavours and scents of Spain will be in the kitchen on this one day workshop at The Edinburgh New Town Cookery School. We will be showing you how to make these delicious and colourful dishes. The day starts at 9.45 am with coffee or tea, a short demonstration and a run through of the recipes.
In the morning we will be concentrating on Tapas, which you will have for lunch with a glass of wine, In the afternoon we will be making other Spanish favourites for you to take home.

Since opening its doors in December 2009, the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School has been teaching classic and creative cookery in a professional but informal atmosphere.
