In this course, you will cover several essential rules as given to us in Regulation 638, which governs the general hygiene requirements for food premises, the transport of food, and all other aspects of food safety.

In this course, the food handler will learn several issues concerning their role in food safety and relevant actions. We will cover four sections, namely: (i) knowledge, (ii) behaviour, (iii) the food premises; and (iv)  good manufacturing practices.
