I’ve worked on a farm, in food policy, with non-profits and government agencies in various aspects of food and agriculture. I loved it all so much that I got a Masters in Agriculture, Food, & Environmental Policy at Tufts Nutrition School. Since then I’ve been teaching cooking classes for all ages!

Learn to make a full array of Classic French sauces just like you’d create in a professional kitchen! This class is an essential for cooks of all levels and combines the most important aspects of both sauce I and II in one comprehensive 3.5-hour workshop.
At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go. You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal.
