A great croissant is about more than a recipe; it’s about technique. In our French croissant baking class, you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by Jenna Leurquin.

The chef will go over the ingredients necessary, how to select quality ingredients, how to work and shape the dough and how to properly laminate it with butter. We will also go over proper proofing and natural fermentation methods such as sourdough levain.
