Lisa Miller teaches classes with a nutrition focus, promoting healthy living.

Recreate a French bakery at home with this selection of delectable desserts. They may seem intimidating now, but they definitely won't be once you get done with this class. Together, we'll tackle: mousse au chocolat; palmiers and gâteau au yaourt (yogurt cake).
What to consider, what to avoid, regions, seasons, spectrum of flavors and textures?! Make your charcuterie board the main event with the right wines to pair!
At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go. You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal.Â
