Macarons are challenging to make, but we show you how to hit the mark on each step of the process so your cookies come out so pretty! Light, delicate, with intense flavors and complex textures, we’ll master each step and discuss the tricks and tips for perfecting this most challenging cookie.
This class will feature French-style meringue technique just like the recipes used at the premier Macarons stores in France. We'll make and color the meringue batter, work on piping technique, and prepare, color and flavor them like a pro. Everyone will take home a beautifully packaged batch of French Macarons they've made! Macarons are gluten-free, too!
