Join our full-day Introduction to Dim Sum to get a real initiation into Dim Sum dishes. We teach you the basics of folding, filling, and cooking the perfect Jiaozi dumpling, Spring Rolls, Siu Mai, and Wontons.

We even show you how to make deliciously authentic Glutinous Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf and stir-fried.

  • Siu Mai- A popular Dim Sum delicacy easily recognized by its open wonton wrapper filled with shredded meat, mushrooms, and prawns and steamed to perfection.
  • Chinese Vegetarian Spring Rolls- Crunchy vegetables wrapped in a pastry and deep-fried until golden
  • Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf- Sticky flavourful marinated rice with chicken and Chinese sauce wrapped in delicate lotus leaves.
  • Pork Wontons - Lightly seasoned pork and mushroom wrapped in a thin wonton pastry
  • Jiao Zi- Delectable Chinese wheat-based dumplings filled with pork mince, Chinese chives, and mushrooms marinated in a light soy and sesame-based sauce.
  • Stir Fried Hor Fun
