This session is between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Join Loaf and expert cookery tutor Lap-fai Lee for a hands-on session of Dumpling making. You will be making dumplings from scratch and then boiling, steaming or pan frying them. Lap will tutor you through making the dough and preparing shengjiangbao, shanghai soup dumplings.
