This is a great class to learn how to buy, clean and fillet fish and what to cook with it when you are making your meal plans. Under the chef’s guidance and you will get the opportunity to ask questions and pick up handy hints and tips.
A great class for those interested in learning how to cook and serve fish for meal times and dinner parties. This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
