Introduction to Manual Brewing – examine the fundamental differences in brewing techniques and taste variations between immersion and percolation styled brewed coffee, utilizing devices such as the AeroPress and the V60.
Brew variables – identify and make adjustments to primary brew variables when constructing a brew recipe.
Quality Evaluation Training – apply extraction theory to examine how different brew variables can have an impact on the sensory profile of a brewed coffee.
