This class will be a sensory journey through the ingredients used to make artisanal gelato. From pistachio to peach to a simple element like milk, the students will learn how gelato chefs like Patrizia Pasqualetti choose the right products to obtain a balanced and high-quality gelato.
Students will also enjoy the art of making gelato from scratch and, last but not least, taste what the chef will make during the class.
