Pickup Dance Southampton is offered Classes in Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Modern & Gymnastic Dance. Ages 2 up to adult
Our evening recreational classes cater for all abilities of school aged children. During these sessions your child will get the opportunity to explore the FUNdamentals of movement in a safe and fun environment.
Elite Academy was established in 1993.It encompasses all aspects of dance and also gives the opportunity to gain gymnastic skills.It gives students an excellent grounding from beginners to those wishing to become professional dancers or teachers.
All recreational classes are one hour classes. The sessions consists of learning the basic shapes and movements of gymnastics, including learning skills on a variety of apparatus across the gym.
In each session, participants begin with a fun weekly warm up before following a circuit of activities to develop skills from our Little Springers Award Scheme, with lots of games and challenges along the way!
Learning, Playing and Exploring through Gymnastics is what we do!!
