Pickup Dance Southampton

These hour long classes will be half an hour of modern stage dance and half an hour of stage tap. Both of these syllabus are set out by National Association of Teachers of dance. Students will be eligible to take their graded exams and medal tests.

Gymnastic Dance combines the two genres to work on strength, stamina, flexibility and performance skills. Students learn exam sequences as well as working on routines where they get to play and use ribbons!

Contemporary is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination and beating stress.

Ballet teaches work ethic, dedication, perseverance, stamina, motivation, flexibility, and strength. Dancers work hard in ballet but the results are worth it.
