The Academy’s beginner classes concentrate on achieving badges 1-4, emphasising essential floor skills including; forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.
Intermediate classes build upon this foundation, working towards badges 5-7, and adding complexity by incorporating bars and beam exercises. Our Leeds based gymnastics club fosters social skills, builds self-esteem, promotes teamwork, and improves concentration.
