During our French cooking class – You’ll learn how to cook scrumptious Baked Mussels on the half shell with garlic sautéed mushrooms & onions topped with 2 cheeses. Next up will be a classic comfort soup – French onion soup simmered with wine with a crusty cheesy bread on top.
Learn to make a full array of Classic French sauces just like you’d create in a professional kitchen! This class is an essential for cooks of all levels and combines the most important aspects of both sauce I and II in one comprehensive 3.5-hour workshop.
A bistro is warm and friendly, it’s not fussy, it’s easy and delicious! People gathered at bistros to relax and spend time together for no particular reason, other than the great food and company!
