The program aims to provide healthy food and learning opportunities to families, children and youth, Indigenous groups, newcomers to Canada, and others. While enrolled in the program, participants receive a cooking kit with the ingredients required to make a nutritious recipe twice.

Is a showcase of culinary and presentations skills! Students compete in their own school, with the winning group advancing to the Provincial Competition where they prepare a meal and present it to a panel of judges.
