In this class we’ll cook up a feast of Italian favorites starting with an appetizer of Artichoke Olive Crostini. Next is the main event – Homemade Potato Gnocchi with a Brown Butter Sage Sauce.

You’ve most likely had gnocchi at an Italian restaurant or bought it frozen at the grocery store, but making delicious, pillowy gnocchi yourself is easier than you think.
