JD’s Horseback Riding operates out of a small country barn right out side of Atlanta. Come take a break from your busy city living and slow down to enjoy the country life.
Beginners are scheduled in private 30-minute lessons until they can safely navigate in a group lesson. This can take a few lessons or many lessons depending on the age, athletic ability and maturity of the rider.
VRA encourages private lessons a minimum of twice a week to ensure students develop confidence, strength and equestrian skills. As students progress they are moved into beginning group lessons at the determination of the instructor. Please contact us to schedule private lessons.
Our lesson program focuses on developing young and novice riders into their full potential. We offer a comprehensive program with step by step direction to allow you or your children to grow no matter what level.
Riders of all skill levels develop and strengthen their skills in the areas of awareness, focus, leadership, teamwork, confidence, friendships and fun along with superb hunter equitation skills and abilities.
