Students will learn table service skills, serving hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages, making espresso beverages and demonstrating knowledge of coffee origin.

Te P?kenga brings the Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics (ITPs) and the arranging training activities of certain Industry Training Organisations (ITOs) together to create a national network.
The course covers health and safety legislation and the License Controller Qualification (LCQ). Class trips to restaurants, hotels and food festivals to see new trends in the industry are included.
