Be Well Be Whole formerly known as Around the World in 7 Days! started as pop-up restaurants in Detroit in 2017 and grew into cooking schools and catering. Now we specialize in baked goods, corporate cooking classes, and wellness events. We believe in our customers thriving holistically mentally, physically, and spiritually.
