Day 1 Minestrone con Riso (Vegetable Soup with Arborio Rice), Salame al Cioccolato (chocolate cookies), Pizza dough
Day 2 Margherita Pizza, Panna Cotta topped with fresh seasonal fruit
Day 3 Handmade Fresh Pasta, Fresh Tomato Sauce with Basil, Gelato
Day 4 Risotto Giallo (Saffron Risotto with Parmigiano cheese), Budino al Cioccolato con panna montata - chocolate pudding, whipped cream, fresh berries
Day 5 Frittata con spinaci e feta (frittata with spinach and cheese), Spiedini caprese (caprese skewers), Tartellette alla frutta (mini summer fruit tarts)

Learn to properly make and roll egg pasta dough. Then learn to fill and shape Tortellini, Agnolotti and Ravioli. Following class, you will have the option of cooking one of your pastas to enjoy, or boxing all of them up to take home!
You will learn how/when yeast grows best, the differences between flours, and why protein matters. In addition to your bread making, we will serve cold cuts and cheeses so you can build your own delicious sandwiches with your yummy rolls and Ciabatta bread!

In this class you will learn step by step how to obtain the ink from fresh squids and make traditional Italian risotto, cooked with PNW mussels and calamari. At the end of the class, we will sit down and enjoy our dish in the beautiful atmosphere of Pike Place Market
