Course Details

Chef Daniel Henderson’s sushi workshops have become one of the most popular and tastiest events we host — a fun, family-friendly hands-on sushi making-and-eating party!

Participants will learn about the history of sushi and then dive into the particulars of making the foundation of good sushi: carefully prepared and seasoned sushi rice.

From there everyone will learn how to make 3 iconic maki rolls: California Rolls, Hosomaki and Futomaki. There will be plenty of snacking and Bento boxes to fill up and take home.
