Learn how to make any dish with your friends. If you wish to surprise people with your new cooking skills, we also offer 1 on 1 classes. Our chefs will provide all of the supplies you need, unless specified.
Alexis was born to be creative and bred for entrepreneurship. With a father as a successful business owner and a mother as an artist, she grew up with a business mindset and creative flair.
Alexis dedicated much of her early years to dancing, singing and acting in plays, choir and other recitals. She also has a background working in sales and finance, which has helped her tremendously with structuring The Phoenix Palate and building strong client relationships.
This class will focus on learning how to make a delicious Italian lasagna from scratch. We will teach how to prepare a Bolognese ragù sauce, making the pasta sheets, bechamel, pesto, and assemble the lasagna.
Learn to make fresh pasta at home. We will make two versions of this common element of many traditional dishes.
Join us to learn how to make homemade pasta from scratch in this date night style class! Participants will work in groups of two to mix, knead, and roll out the pasta dough. Each participant will hand cut and cook their pasta (served with choice of sauce and ingredient add-ins).
A Taste Of Italy Class is offered by Napoli Culinary Academy & Cafe Napoli for all ages and all skill levels.
We find what looks great at the farmer’s market and cook’em up Italian style! Spring Green Salad with Herbs and Parmigiano, Rack of Lamb with Green Garlic Pesto, Roasted Asparagus, Purple Potatoes, for dessert, Panna Cotta with Rhubarb Compote.
