Participants at The Cookery Dallas try their hands at the time-honored tradition of making homemade pasta.  They then enjoy the fruits of their labor with an indulgent family-style meal, complete with a decadent dessert and wine pairings.

The students will learn about kitchen safety, cooking methods and techniques, and different cuisines from around the world. We will explore the preparation of some basic menu items that kids will love. Your kids will have a great time and come home with the skills to create a meal on their own.
