It all started back in 2015, when I was tired of working for someone. I was craving to have creative say and be my own boss. Pulling the trigger to start my own thing was an exciting but scary thought, bu I did it. January of 2015 rolled around and I declared my company Lil’ Leto Catering was born.
In the beginning I started with small events to learn the business of catering. By September I had jumped in with both feet and went full time. Fast forward to year 4 and we are now doing weddings of 150 plus people!
Join us for this classic favorite! Come learn about the origin of these regional delights and master making them. Together, we'll mix and roll a variety; Potato Gnocchi with Pistachio Pesto; Roman Semolina Gnocchi with Pecorino and Butter and Spinach and Ricotta Gnuddi with Pomodori.
Pizza Making Class is offered by Kids Who Cook. In all classes, everything is very hands-on and everybody gets a chance to do a little of everything. The children are taught how to clean up and then everyone sits to eat what was made. Lets make our own dough, learn how yeast works.
