It all started back in 2015, when I was tired of working for someone. I was craving to have creative say and be my own boss. Pulling the trigger to start my own thing was an exciting but scary thought, bu I did it. January of 2015 rolled around and I declared my company Lil’ Leto Catering was born.
In the beginning I started with small events to learn the business of catering. By September I had jumped in with both feet and went full time. Fast forward to year 4 and we are now doing weddings of 150 plus people!
We will make 2 varieties of pasta from our master dough including spaghetti and ravioli! Then we will cook some for you to taste and let you bring home your finished pasta for cooking at home. We take our time giving everyone a chance to make and master the art of handmade pasta!
Simple ingredients are transformed into elegant, mouthwatering dishes. The silky texture of fresh pasta is a pleasure on the palate and simple to make once you know the secrets behind shaping pillowy gnocchi, perfectly stuffed ravioli, and hearty garganelli.
In this class you will learn how to make scratch Pretzel Buns from start to finish. We'll enjoy our efforts by stuffing the buns with Beef Burgers that are seasoned with a Seasoning Spice we mix fresh in class!
Dive into the world of handmade pasta and be transported to Italy in this hands-on pasta making class. Chef Jennifer Berry will teach you the Italian method of mixing dough by hand and the roll your creation into two different pasta shapes.
Let's cook together! You and your young chef (ages 6 - 11) will learn to make pasta from scratch, cut it into all sorts of shapes and sizes, then sit down to a delicious Italian lunch together.
