In this class we will learn how to make 3 Italian pasta sauces very popular: Carbonara, Puttanesca and a Creamy White Sauce. Mamma Marzia will share her hints and tips including how to use local ingredients.
Following the lesson, guests will be seated for a delicious three-course dinner, featuring both types of gnocchi and an Italian-style dessert.
Is making stuffed pastas difficult? We would be willing to bet that you will say at the end of this class that this activity is much easier to accomplish than what you had imagined! Producing fresh pastas and stuffing is a child’s play!
