You will learn how to prepare any 2 of the following dishes: Crispy Teriyaki Tofu, Miso Honey Chicken, Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken), Japanese Yaki-udon, Okonomiyaki, Chicken Cutlet Bowl, Oyakodon (Japanese Chicken and Egg rice Bowl), Miso Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pumpkin and Tofu Miso Soup or Miso Maple-Glazed Salmon.
