Layers and layers of dough and butter are needed to make the perfect puff pastry. In this class we will make puff pastry from scratch and using that dough, participants will make some easy puff desserts:Â Pathivier and Palmiers.Â
A fun workshop to learn the basics of baking. You will learn the basics of sweet and salty dough and all you need to take home and start treating your family and friends. At the end of the workshop everyone will get all the recipes and the goodies made.
In this class, Chef AJ will teach students the ABC's of cake decorating. Â Come learn how to frost a cake with crisp corners and flat surfaces, utilze basic piping techniques, and simple decor including the internet-famous ganache drip.
You may turn into a croissant connoisseur after this class! Join our new instructor, Chef Jessica as she leads you through the stages of making croissant dough from scratch. After that students will use the croissant dough to make different variations of this buttery pastry!
With Chef Paul you’ll prepare a delicious meal featuring chocolate in its savory as well as sweet form. Learn about the culture of cacao from bean to bar as well as what is currently trending in the world of chocolate.Â
