Each class will allow dancers to learn structure, footwork, technique, and vocabulary, focusing on getting children excited about dance while instilling a good foundation.
Capitol Dance Company has been serving San Jose and the South Bay Area since 1978, educating students two years old to sixty years young in the art of dance. For over 43 years, we have grown and expanded while maintaining our positive reputation for quality dance instruction. At this early age, your child begins to learn in a classroom setting and will experience tremendous advancement in movement skills and ability to follow directions.
Your child will learn basic Ballet, tap skills, creative movement, and motor skill development games. In addition, children learn center work, fun and creative movement activities, and flexibility exercises.
This class uses music and props to engage young dancers in fun developmentally appropriate movement.Â
Twirling Twos Classes are offered by Studio J Performing Arts Center for toddlers. We seek to instill a love of dance, music, community, and the appreciation of the performing arts in our students.Â
