DurationOur children's programs are designed to allow a young student’s dance interests to expand in a combination of Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and/or Tap for ages 3-6. Each class will allow dancers to learn structure, footwork, technique, and vocabulary, focusing on getting children excited about dance while instilling a good foundation.
Capitol Dance Company has been serving San Jose and the South Bay Area since 1978, educating students two years old to sixty years young in the art of dance. For over 43 years, we have grown and expanded while maintaining our positive reputation for quality dance instruction. Mommy and Chicks Class is offered by Reach Dance Studio for toddlers.Â
Our preschool classes are full of singing, dancing, and playing as we explore creative dance concepts such as SIZE, SPEED, SHAPE, and more!
A 60 minute class split into 30 minutes of ballet and 30 minutes of tap. Tiny tots will be introduced to the basics of ballet and tap. Please bring a dance bag with their change of shoes ready.
This class is designed for students who have a novice understanding of ballet and who are looking to build strength, stamina, and musicality.
Preschool Combo dance classes are offered by Carolina Dance Academy. Carolina Dance Academy has trained outstanding and happy dancers for the past 21 years.
