Come join the Mexican fiesta on Saturday 25th September and get stuck into the zingy flavours of Mexico. We’ll be dragging out the mortars and pestles to make hand-smashed guacamole, your child will learn all about Mexican spices and how to use them and we’ll even throw in a knife skills lesson while they slice and dice their way through Pico de Gallo salsa. We’ll also be making Corn Tortillas from scratch!
