Our Chefs will take participants step-by-step through the recipes, helping your young chefs develop confidence, enthusiasm and cooking skills.
Do your kids fall out of our age range? Do you prefer to cook along in your own kitchen? Recipes will be posted online in our Growing Chefs! At Home catalogue so you can recreate class favourites at home!
Incorporated since 2008,Growing Chefs! Ontario is a registered charity based in London, Ontario that unites chefs, growers, educators and community members in children’s food education projects.

Focusing on a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, students prepare, enjoy and clean-up all while learning and practicing kitchen safety in a group environment.
Students will acquire the knowledge, experience, and confidence to build lifelong cooking skills that can ignite creativity, and build self-esteem
IDEA Lab's youngest chefs will continue to expand and improve their cooking skills, and learn why recipe measurements are important
Love all the delicious summer, campfire foods, but hate the bugs and the heat? Schoolhaus has the answer! Send your Young Chef to our kitchen for a three day camp featuring all their favourite summer eats and less of the summer heat.
Join us for December 8th PD Day for a 2-hour Christmas baking class for ages 5+** with Red Seal Chef – Jessica Head, Vegan Chef Heather Bowen and Child Nutrition Educator, Jamie Gervais-Rietveld.
