Bibi has designed the camp after her own childhood experience at her Grandma’s house and her trips around the world where she expanded her palate beyond her own home.
From 9:30 to 12:30 each day, the children learn to make their own three-course meal, learn food etiquette, as well as cleaning being an important part of cooking.
They also learn about the cultural context of the food they are making. Parents are always marveled at how their kids eat food they have never tried before. Best part of this camp is that you don’t have to pack them lunch.
You will spend one hour with Bibi- our chef owner to cook or bake whatever it is that your heart desires. Someone asked her to re-create her grandma’s apple pie, one person asked her to teach her the traditional way of making sushi rice and yet another wanted to perfect the art of making Tahdig. Whatever it is you want and no matter your age, we guarantee you a magical hour.
Brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch and is regularly served as a late breakfast and early lunch. Therefore, dishes can be made with eggs, pancakes, salads, or pasta. In this class, we'll create a combination of both.
Get cooking at the Botanical Garden with this CHEF camp! This cooking class focuses on kitchen safety, cooking basics, and using healthy ingredients. Program participants will harvest seasonal garden produce and then use them in recipes.
