With dishes that will incorporate summery produce and taste fresh and flavorful, zesty and hearty, you'll be impressed each day by your student's creations. Get ready to dig in-- because after camp your young chef brings home dinner!
Menu:
Students will create menu items such as Gratin Dauphinois, Chicken a l’Orange, Onion Brie Tartlets, Raspberry Pinwheels, Vegetable and Cheese Galette, Simple French Green Salad, Beef Ragu with Rosemary, Stuffed Tomatoes, Grilled Steak and Asparagus, and French Apple Tart. Each class your student will bring home a meal to serve 3-4 people.

Your young chef can join us for our fun 5-day baking camps while they learn the basics of mixing, measuring, baking, kitchen safety and more! This class is recommended for ages 10 and up.
Our video & movie making summer camps and after school programs fuse art and technology in a STEAM-based, collaborative environment that encourages young creators to explore their creative interests.
Camp mornings will be spent learning to craft a fresh and nutritious full meal, including, but not limited to, sauce making, working with different proteins, homemade pasta and sushi rolling. The afternoons will be focused on traditional baking techniques. Â
We are thrilled to offer week-long camps for children ages 8 to 14 years! All of our instructors have federal background checks, ServSafe certification and a love of teaching!
