With dishes that will incorporate summery produce and taste fresh and flavorful, zesty and hearty, you'll be impressed each day by your student's creations. Get ready to dig in-- because after camp your young chef brings home dinner!
Menu:
Students will create menu items such as Gratin Dauphinois, Chicken a l’Orange, Onion Brie Tartlets, Raspberry Pinwheels, Vegetable and Cheese Galette, Simple French Green Salad, Beef Ragu with Rosemary, Stuffed Tomatoes, Grilled Steak and Asparagus, and French Apple Tart. Each class your student will bring home a meal to serve 3-4 people.

Kids 8-12 years old can spend every morning with us this week learning to make all kinds of delicious baked goods, including cinnamon rolls, cake pops and even French Macarons! Â Kids will prepare ingredients, and do hands-on prep to make different delicious baked goods each day. Â

Does your child love to cook, or even just help in the kitchen? This summer camp will teach him or her kitchen safety along with basic knife skills, basic nutrition and kitchen hygiene. It will build confidence and excitement for trying new recipes.
Aspiring bakers who love to get their hands sticky in the kitchen will love this camp! Young chefs will learn the basics of scratch-baking and how to make everything from pita bread to lemon tarts, challah to cornbread, and more!
