Young Chefs will learn the basics of baking including proper measuring and mixing techniques, and food science facts that affect their final product. Students will discover the many ways dishes can be both sweet and savory.

LKA Teen Nights are an excellent way to prepare for an independent life away from home at college or university, explore an exciting career path of a chef or nutritionist, or develop social skills and learn to make connections with other students with diverse experiences.Â
Kids Cooking class is offered by Cooking By Ivette. We teach all levels of cooking experience. Â We even accommodate food allergies (ie. gluten, soy, oats, etc.). Â You can learn how to cook an entire meal in about 1 hour including dessert and gain time-saving skills to recreate the meal at home.
Kids will learn to make 8 cheeses in one day during this hands-on, all-day class. This STEAM-inspired class offers a hands-on exploration of cheese making and tasting sprinkled with science and history in a fun and accessible way
