Purpose
Join us for December 8th PD Day for a 2-hour Christmas baking class for ages 5+** with Red Seal Chef – Jessica Head, Vegan Chef Heather Bowen and Child Nutrition Educator, Jamie Gervais-Rietveld.
If you’re looking for something other than traditional pies to make with apples, this class is for you! Today our Junior Chefs will make and eat three delectable apple snack recipes.
In this class we will cover knife skills to have you slicing and dicing efficiently (and safely!), sauce making basics so you can create any of your favs, and homemade salad dressing so no more bottles
Our classes combine fun and learning through an interactive, team approach. Junior chefs will enjoy a hands-on experience to learn new recipes, cuisines and techniques, in a social and welcoming environment.
Tantalize your taste buds with this hands-on cooking program. Prepare some healthy snacks and refreshments while learning about food safety and kitchen smarts.
