  • Cherry Tomato, Olive & Basil Focaccia: A simple ultra soft dough that can be used as a flatbread alongside a salad or soup, or shaped into a pizza with assorted toppings
  • Almond Raspberry Mascarpone Crostata: Tender, buttery pastry filled with an Almond Custard, Fresh Raspberry Preserves & topped with a lattice work of pastry & almonds
  • Limoncello Tiramisu ~ A twist on the classic! Lady Fingers soaked in a Limoncello syrup, topped with Mascarpone Cream & garnished with White Chocolate Shavings & Candied Lemon Peel
