As you begin sampling, you'll have the chance to learn about different flavour profiles, the history behind your favorite charcuterie, and how to create the perfect pairing with wine.
iscover the comforting flavours of Italy as we channel our inner Italian Nona and make some beautiful scratch made pasta, and learn about different types of pasta doughs and their best applications.
Come and discover all the subtleties of Italian flavors! What beautiful, what good! Make pizza, calzone and focaccia doughs as well as classic and revisited toppings
Classes will be limited to 6 people for mixed classes. Once you have made the food if you want to pack up your food you can do so with the containers provided and take home
The class will start with a traditional pasta from the north prepared by our Scuola Chef and paired with a tasting of wine selected by our beverage expert.
