Course Description

  • This learn-to-cook series is designed to introduce students to the preparation of a Traditional Italian meal.
  • You will cook your meal under the guidance of our red seal instructor and spice master, Chef Jim Armstrong who will demonstrate Italian cuisine and spices.
  • Participants will learn where to shop for the right ingredients and how to prepare those ingredients into a delicious Italian meal.
  • Recipes explored including arancini, ricotta gnudi and lemon panna cotta with delicious sides.
