We’ll be creating a fresh heirloom & sun dried tomato salad with cucumbers & feta cheese in our citrus balsamic vinaigrette to start along with Olive ‘everything’ Crostinis w. soft herbed cheese followed by a shrimp, chicken, mussels & Spanish chorizo Paella w. traditional veggies and saffron. This class also has added bonuses.
