We will also marinate chicken and wrap it with Pandan leaf “Gai Haw Bai Toey” for deep frying. The flavour of the leaf soaks into the chicken and creates an incredibly aromatic fragrance. Both dishes will be served with “Som Yam” Green Papaya Salad.
