Your chef for the day will demonstrate each dish before it’s your turn to get cooking and create your very own Paella, will you go traditional or will you add your own personal twist? Next on the menu will be the oh so Moorish Tapas dishes, before you finish your class making salt-baked fish. You will leave us feeling accomplished with new skills and techniques along with recipes for you to share with family and friends, perfect for relaxed entertaining.
No need to be a cooking connoisseur here…the class is relaxed, fun, informative, and interactive, suiting all abilities. Sharing a workspace between two (if you come on your own we will pair you with a classmate), we will work together through the preparation and cooking of each dish, and then you can enjoy the fruits of your labor, whilst our cleaning wizards do their magic and hey presto - your cooking station ready for the next dish!
