This short course is designed to give you an introduction to and equip you with strategies to manage conflict with confidence, find creative solutions and make difficult decisions.
The course includes three short modules that enable you to understand how to identify and manage conflict whilst supporting individuals and teams throughout.
You will develop a better understanding of managing conflict and decreasing its impact on people, the organisation and its stakeholders.
There is a knowledge test at the end of the course.
